WebRTC Experiments module updated for Moodle 2.7 & 2.8

WebRTC Experiments is an activity module maintained by Daniel Neis Araujo, which allows people on your Moodle site to interact more freely. It uses the code from http://webrtc-experiment.com/ to implement an activity module for Moodle.

The current version fixes a bug with scales. As this module does not use grades, it is now disabled.

The features of the WebRTC Experiments activity module includes:

  • Video and audio chat – With mute/unmute controls for audio and video
  • Record video and audio from any peer (or local stream) and save to your computer
  • Text chat
  • File sharing

with future features:

  • Screen sharing
  • Collaborative canvas

The all in one demo of the WebRC features can be accessed through this link.
