Rules of the Moodle Association: Draft rules for Moodle Association Inc

Moodle Association is the new official non-profit organization which will have the mission to help support the growth of Moodle by providing a strong and united voice to users, giving direction and resources for new developments.

According to the recent update:

As a community association, we want your input into getting it ready. The first and most important step is to define the Rules of the Association – these are like a constitution that governs how the Association operates. This document will be necessary to register Moodle Association Inc as a formal incorporated Association with the Department of Commerce here in Western Australia.
