Moodle HQ is seeking two new marketing professionals to deliver campaigns across multiple worldwide channels with multiple segments and multiple languages. Currently the positions on offer are as follows:

  • Head of Marketing:
    • Required Skills and Abilities:
      • Last Date to Apply: 22nd July 2016
      • It would also be great if you are Multilingual (especially in Spanish), and have experience in the education technology sector.
      • A communications, PR, advertising, or marketing degree is preferred but not essential.
      • A confident and clear communicator (both written and verbal).
      • Have a proactive and solutions-focused attitude, a willingness to ‘speak up’ and share their ideas with the team in a positive and constructive way.
      • Have demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, delegate and coordinate others’ as well as their own workload, to meet tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
      • Be data and performance driven with a keen eye for detail.
      • An enthusiastic and approachable personality with the ability to build and maintain quality relationships, with multiple stakeholders within a global team.

  • Marketing Coordinator:
    • Required Skills and Abilities:
      • Last date to apply – 14th July 2016
      • Type: Full-time
      • Location: Perth, Western Australia
      • Experience with Marketing platforms & tools, including (but not limited to) WordPress, Mailchimp, JIRA, Google Apps, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite.
      • An enthusiastic and approachable personality – a “people person” – with the ability to build and maintain quality relationships, with multiple stakeholders within a global team.
      • Be a positive, intuitive and clear communicator (both written and verbal), who can back their own ideas (pitch) and adapt their writing style to the Moodle Tone of Voice.
      • Have a proactive and solutions-focused attitude, a willingness to ‘speak up’ and share their ideas with the team in a positive and constructive way.
      • Have a strong eye for detail, and the ability to articulate & pitch design thinking and concepts.
      • Have demonstrated ability to coordinate a small team, delegate and coordinate others’ as well as their own workload, to meet tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
      • Have the ability to be candid and speak up about issues that arise within the team.
