Moodle is participating in Google Summer of Code for tenth time – GSoC 2016 #GSoC16 #Moodle

Moodle is going to participate in the Google Summer of Code 2016 #GSoc16 for the tenth time. The GSoC program is run by Google and it pays students to work on open source projects under the mentorship of existing developers.

GSoC-2016So if you are a student then you can apply for this GSOC 2016 and make your impact in the Moodle Development. There is big list of projects which are waiting for new developers, so you can choose any out of them or even choose your own project.

Before applying to the GSoC 2016 program make sure that you have read this doc which describes the complete process of Applying to work with Moodle for GSOC.

The last date for students to apply for their Mentor organizations is from 15-26 March 2016 and the accepted students will be announced by 22nd April 2016 with final results on 30 August, 2016. (Check the whole timeline here).
