Moodle Association rules nearly done!

Since our last update on the Moodle Association rules the document has been updated by several community members with their precious feedback.

Now the rules of the Moodle association are reaching the completion stage and if you want to submit your feedback then you should do it before 23 June 2015 i.e. tomorrow.

After finalizing the document the next step is to apply to the Government of Western Australia’s Department of Commerce to become incorporated in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act 1987.

The official website is in final content development and new Moodle plugins for managing votes and registration are also coming along nicely by Mid July.


Moreover, Martin Dougiamas has appointed Shannon Johnston ( as the Project Manager for the Moodle Association. Shannon comes from an educational background and was the project manager for the successful implementation of Moodle as the institutional LMS at a university here in Western Australia.
