Moodle 3.0.4, 2.9.6, 2.8.12 & 2.7.14 released #Moodle

Moodle has released the point releases of the currently supported Moodle versions i.e. Moodle 3.0.4, 2.9.6, 2.8.12 & 2.7.14 and the new versions are available for downlaod from the Moodle download site as well as the Github page of the Moodle project.

This release is the last release of Moodle 2.8 which was released in Nov 2014 and the previous LTS version of Moodle i.e. Moodle 2.7 will be supported for security fixes for another year. Similarly, Moodle 2.9 will be supported for security issues only after this release.

Moodle 3.1 QA status #Moodle3.1

The next major version of Moodle i.e. Moodle 3.1 is scheduled to be released on 23rd May and it will be the next LTS version after Moodle 2.7. The QA testing of Moodle 3.1 is now 92% passed with only 30 issues Open, 10 Failed and 01 marked as obsolete.
