Edit matrices and arrays using the Atto Matrix editor plugin

Mathematics teachers often have to use the Matrices and arrays in their Moodle course for the students which is very difficult to achieve using the TeX notation. Here comes a new plugin in the Moodle plugins database “Matrix Editor” for Atto text editor which allows you to edit matrices and arrays in Moodle 2.7, or later, using the MathJax or TeX filter.

The plugin includes templates for 1xn 2xn, 3xn and mxn matrices and a range of brackets and braces. You need to have the MathJax filter to be enabled (recommended) or the TeX filter enabled (or, in Moodle 2.8, both) on your Moodle site before using this plugin.
