A new Moodle plugin released this week helps you to create dynamic menu user profile fields whose values are retrieved from the Moodle database. The plugin “Dropdown dynamic menu” is mainly intended for Moodle administrators and developers who are well versed with Moodle DB and SQL.

Entity Relationship Diagram for Moodle 3.0 released #Moodle3.0 #ERD

Entity relationship diagram (ERD) is released for the latest Moodle 3.0 by Marcus Green. The ERD for Moodle 3.0 is based on “reverse engineering” the code from a fresh install of Moodle 3.0

The diagram was generated by using the reverse engineering feature of the MySQL Workbench tool using a file containing the SQL code used to install Moodle.
