Participate in the Competency Framework and Learning plans specification survey

Competency Based Education (CBE) is proposed in the future Moodle versions to track the learners progress, knowledge and mastery of skills. There is an interesting forum thread going on at forums here about the features, usability, roles and structure of the CBE framework.

The survey includes questions on how the system should be designed, which competency based tools you are using now, How useful is the complete system as described in the specification etc.
