Moodle Flavours is  a plugin which was initially developed as a part of the GSoC 2011 under the mentorship of Michael de Raadt. The good news for all Moodle site administrators is that now you can download all the settings done for a Moodle site including the plugins installed, language pack and language customization into a compressed file and deploy them onto another Moodle site.
