Another entry in the Moodle plugins database brings you the ability to prevent your students from accessing the quiz after they have passed it.
ReattemptChecker is a quiz access rule that prevents students who passed a quiz from reattempting it.
How to use the ReattemptChecker plugin:
- Install the plugin.
- Go to to a quiz page.
- Edit settings.
- Scroll down to ‘Extra restrictions on attempts’ and put a value in the field labeled ‘To reattempt the quiz, require a GRADE less than’.
- Please note that it is a GRADE and not a percentage.
- Save settings.
- When the student pass the quiz, the plugin will prevent any further attempts.
- You can change the text appears to students by customizing the language in the ‘quiz_access_reattemptchecker’ language file. See language customization for more details.
