Moodle core will have 100k commits soon #MoodleDev #Moodle

Moodle, the most popular open source LMS in the world will reach a new level of community support when the total number of commits to Moodle core will be more than 100k contributed by more than 525 developers across 57 countries.

Currently the list of developers with most git commits is topped by the first Moodle developer – Martin Dougiamas followed by Petr Skoda, Eloy Lafuente (stronk7), Tim Hunt from Open University & Sam Hemelryk.

If you would also like to contribute into Moodle project, then you can start by developing plugins for Moodle, adopt the plugins under Plugin Adoption program, Writing documentation, helping fellow Moodlers in forums, translating Moodle to other languages etc. apart from contributing to Moodle core.
