Feedback required supporting moodle additional plugins in the Mobile app #MoodleMobile
The official Moodle Mobile app developer Juan Leyva, is seeking the community feedback about supporting moodle additional (contributed) plugins in the Mobile app.
The feature of supporting Moodle plugins in the mobile app will allows the Moodle plugin developers to make their plugin compatible with the Mobile app.
After the implementation of this new feature it will be possible to display plugins like Progress Bar, Questionnaire, Certificate etc in the mobile app. It can be displayed as a new option in the menu or another place depending on the type of plugin.
There are some links relevant to the progress over this feature, along with some spces and proof of concept like –
- The first presentation we did about this new feature in the last developer meeting (where some terms are explained)
- The first draft and feedback from other Moodle developers (please, read only the comments because the document was moved to the dev wiki – see following link-)
- The initial spec in the dev wiki
- The relevant Moodle issues: MDL-49279 and MOBILE-925
You can propose the suggestions related to this feature in the Moodle Mobiles forum here – https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=330721#p1331007
